Paul’s background in finance, business analysis and operations and development are an integral part of Great American Beauty’s success pursuing new business opportunities. He has over thirty years of experience in financial management, with accomplishments including turning around three well-known USA fragrance divisions (YSL/Oscar de la Renta, Escada/Burberry and Cosmopolitan Cosmetics) from a net loss to a net gain. For the past two decades Paul has focused on the fragrance and cosmetics world, working for such prestigious names as YSL Beaute, ADIPAR/Escada Beaute, P&G Prestige Products, Wella Fragrances and now Great American Beauty.

Paul’s experience creating and increasing productivity and profitability are bringing new business opportunities to Great American Beauty, adding to our established $100 million global sales distribution and enhancing our presence in the competitive fragrance world. He continues to expand our brand portfolio to customers and build relationships with new direct manufacturers.

His own successful rep agency, Hahn Associates, is renowned for specializing in the food, drug and mass retailer arenas with a focus on the fragrance, bath and accessory products categories. Owen’s forte is building brands and customer relations through exceptional customer service, on both the consumer and manufacturer sides of the industry.

Hahn Associates has worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including Dana, Chantilly, Vita Bath, Neutrogena, Coty and Paris Presents.
